You must let us know 24 hours in advance of arrival day if you wish to have the pool heated during your stay**
-To keep our home beautiful, we ask that you not hang decorations on the walls. Tape, tacks, and other adhesives tend to peel paint and leave marks, etc. Glitter and confetti decor are also prohibited both inside and outside. Evidence will result in an additional cleaning fee of $250, plus the cost of damages to home.
-Enjoy a smoke, just not inside. Indoor smoking will result in a $500 fine + the cost of smoke removal treatment. Please ensure all doors and windows are shut and dispose of your ends in the outdoor trash bins.
-Reservations made during Events, Festivals, and Conferences are non-refundable.

Summary: We rented this property for a bachelorette party and it was perfect! Walkable location to restaurants and bars, short Uber to so many different parts of Houston, plenty of space for getting ready and great sleeping arrangement options for a group.

Summary: What a beautiful property! It slept 6 of us ladies and with the 3 bathrooms, it was the perfect capacity. The area was very safe. Communication with the property manager was great, no matter what time of the day/night. Responses were always super prompt. Only downsides were that there was food left in the dishwasher from a previous stay, and also, the hot tub was NEVER hot so we never were able to use all of the amenities we paid for. Overall, would rent here again!

Summary: The house itself was beautiful. It’s exactly as the pictures and description says, except for the beds. The listing says two twin beds, but it is actually two cots. The booking process was annoying. I kept getting emails for another step that I had to complete. I never rented a house on Vrbo and had to submit to a background check, but had to for this house. The heated pool fee is excessive. $100 fee plus $50 a day is unreasonable. The neighborhood was really nice and parking is easy. Most Vrbo also includes a garage door fob. Maybe we just missed it at this house but we had to pull the car out and someone had to stay behind to close the garage door. I would stay at this house again if it wasn’t for the excessive booking process.

Summary: The house overall was spacious and nice I didn't like how you had to pay 100 for a deposit and 50 dollars each day after to heat pool unfortunately because temp was below 55 was I was told the pool couldn't get heated anyway and we were still gonna get it the pool doing the day but it was dirty. Hot tub was nice besides the fact all the water went out on is one of our days of being there but our host Rainey was really nice and definitely came when needed and texted back quickly each time I needed her for questions. I will definitely come back to this house again in the future maybe when it's the summer time😊

Summary: We enjoyed our stay here! The house was adequately furnished supplied and kept clean. The beds and bedding we’re comfortable. The hot tub was enjoyable when it was working. The property managers were very responsive and helpful. Overall a great place to stay!
