THE SETTING: VillAllure commands magnificent water views of Hurricane Hole, a national park treasure, with its pristine unspoiled shorelines and Coral Bay from 200' above sea level. The house is nestled into a secluded 1/2 acre sloping parcel, facing east, surrounded by a variety of mature native tropical plants and fruit trees.
Ample off road parking for four or more vehicles provides convenient access, off a concrete paved road, while beautiful sunrises and gentle Caribbean trade winds enhance the relaxed and romantic atmosphere of Villallure.
THE HOUSE: Capturing the natural beauty and romance of the island, villAllure takes full advantage of the views and breezes while providing maximum privacy in the superbly intimate setting of a fine country home.
VillAllure's main entry is gained thru a massive mahogany double door entranceway that overlooks a sunken great room with wet bar complimented by large glass sliding doors opening onto an expansive covered verandah framing a stunning view of the turquoise waters of Hurricane Hole and the Caribbean Sea beyond. An adjoining library/fitness room is separated by a native stone wall and includes a Precor elliptical fitness machine in addition to built-in mahogany book shelves and desk with chair.
An open and airy kitchen is centrally located and perfect for casual dining or for preparing a gourmet meal to enjoy in the formal dining room that overlooks Hurricanes Hole to the east and Coral Bay to the south.
The stately master bedroom on villAllure's main level is accented by a custom built-in mahogany king size bed with shelving, walk in garden shower, three arched windows facing east with a dramatic view of Hurricane Hole, rustic plaster walls and screened mahogany french doors opening onto the pool deck area. Handsomely decorated and roomy upper south and north master bedrooms are equally sized and appointed with individual entrances, spacious bathrooms with tile showers, king size beds, mini fridges and private balconies with spectacular views of Hurricane Hole overlooking the pool and sundeck area.
A comfortable lower south bedroom features a private outside entry with secluded deck area with water views and a queen size bed with private bathroom and shower area.
A spacious lower north bedroom features a queen size sleigh bed with private outside entry and bathroom with shower including a secluded balcony.
VillAllure's private poolside entertainment area boasts a full kitchen accented by a dramatic mahogany archway as well as hand-crafted mahogany kitchen cabinets and entertainment center, 1/2 bath and full laundry. A large mahogany picture window overlooks the pool and surrounding sundeck as well as Hurricane Hole and the east end of St. John in the distance. A single mahogany door provides outside entry into the poolside living space while screened mahogany French doors exit the kitchen area onto the adjoining poolside verandah, secluded pool and sundeck adjoining the pool.

Summary: Beautiful property with lots of space and unique areas to relax. The location is perfect for hikes on the Johnny Horn trail to Waterlemon & the Brown Bay trail. Loved having a guitar there. Perfect spot on Coral Bay.

Summary: We had a great stay at Villallure. The house and deck are super spacious so even though we were a bigger group, we did not feel cramped. The layout is ideal if you're traveling with older kids and adults. We loved being so close to Coral Bay.

Summary: Such a gorgeous place perfect for a large group who wants together time yet also private time. We were basically two families and had 2 separate kitchens/ grills. The bedrooms all have there own bathrooms and are very separate for nice privacy. My sister has a bad knee and we were worried about other reviews with the amount of steps, this was not a problem at all. Every amenity you could want was there. The views of Coral Bay and the stars are spectacular. Do not hesitate!!!!
