Summary: The property was beautiful and simply decorated. The living area was roomy and comfortable. Just a suggestion that the couch is getting close to being replaced. There were cracks in the leather. The kichen was fully equipped and met all our needs. The bedrooms were comfortable. The back patio was a nice place to sit and enjoy the outdoors. The neighborhood was friendly and within walking distance of stores and restaurants.

Summary: Chris is a great host and good at communication. Beginning with booking questions and throughout our stay. On check-in day he gave us all the info needed and we were able to park our car in the convenient parking spot behind the townhome to walk and go out to lunch. Chris notified us when the cleaning crew was finished so we could check in a little early.We visited with our family and Granddaughter who turned 1 during our stay. A travel crib was provided which worked well for her.She loved crawling (with supervision) up and down the staircases. The little terrace has a table with quite a few chairs- we had nice weather and enjoyed having dinner outside and just relaxing. Everything was very nice, not many kitchen amenities (ice machine in fridge doesn’t work) Only panty items were salt and pepper, and coffee with powder creamer. Adding a few kitchen spices would be nice.Generally some are left from previous guests so maybe the cleaning crew remove anything left?We love walking and the location is perfect for that-, we turned in our rental car and walked everywhere.Kroger Grocery store is close plus so many awesome restaurants/shops. It’s also not far to be in the river tourist zone when you want. The neighborhood is nice and quiet, a good change from the crazy crowds.It’s very close to Forsyth Park and our GrandGirl loved the swings there too!The Azaleas were blooming along with other flowers - just beautiful!We really loved our stay and hope to return.

Summary: The place is very charming/historical and in a good location walkable to restaurants and River Street. Chris was very responsive to our text messages. St Patrick’s Day in Savannah was a blast! Definitely would stay there again on our next trip to Savannah.

Summary: I looked for weeks before landing on this house and the search was worth it!! Fantastic location- we walked almost everywhere for a whole week. So close even the few Ubers we took were super reasonable. Everything is as advertised- we had plenty of room for our family of 8- each couple has their own room so no one ended up on a pullout; parking on this street is amazingly easy and the extra spot behind the house was great- no constant looking for parking or having to move or pay. Bathrooms (2 1/2) were spacious, plenty of dressers and closet space (some of us were there for 8 days and could fully unpack). Extra mini fridge in kitchen was much appreciated; lots of room to hang out in the kitchen and living room. Kitchen had everything we needed even though we took full advantage of Savannah's restaurants. Again, location is phenomenal- one block from Jones Street, a few blocks from Forsyth; less than a mile to Six Pence and Treylor Park or the Sentient Bean and only a few more blocks to Broughton and the Riverfront. Everyone in the family was impressed with this house- would stay again for sure!!! We are even taking home some tips for our own short term rentals. Can we do 7 stars??
