Welcome to our modern seaside townhome nestled in Solana Beach, just steps away from the beach. With 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, this home is perfect for a family getaway or a retreat with friends.
As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a spacious living area drenched in natural light and furnished for your ultimate comfort. A modern fully equipped kitchen makes staying in or entertaining a breeze, along with a private patio, balcony, and grill.
The bedrooms are located on the second floor, along with a full bathroom, while a half-bath powder room is located downstairs for your convenience. The primary bedroom is furnished with a comfy King bed and access to the home's balcony, while the guest room is furnished with two Twin beds and a Twin trundle.
Start your mornings with a cup of delicious coffee from nearby cafes before taking a leisurely stroll to the beach. With beach stairs just moments away, you'll have easy access to the sun, sand, and surf. And after a day of seaside fun, unwind in the community pool or soak your cares away in the hot tub. Summary: Great property and location. Looks just like the pictures. Really appreciated the extra supplies like paper towels, coffee filters, dish soap, etc. Those are little things but it's really nice not to have to buy all of that stuff for just a week. I had some trouble with the check in process on arrival, since I didn't realize there was a gated parking area with its own entry code. That was more user error than anything else. The info was in the welcome text/website, but finding it was not obvious (to me, at least). Someone from the property management's office answered the phone on Christmas Eve and helped us out though. Excellent stay overall and I'd highly recommend.

The views from the community deck were exceptional and steps down to the pristine beach were a highlight. It was easy to walk to cafes and restaurants while the unit was equipped with everything needed. Check in and check out were seamless as well. I highly recommend this unit!

Summary: This condo exceeded our expectations. The owners have considered every detail and communication is extremely clear. Thr beach is just down the stairs and the pool is a perfect warm temperature for kids. The kitchen had everything we needed and bedrooms bad cozy pillows and covers. We will definitely stay here again when we are in the area!

The A/C units are a rarity in Solana beach and truly provided a peaceful night rest. The owners seemed to have anticipated every requirement, making our stay feel both effortless and indulgent. Traveling with my family of four, I was particularly thrilled with the layout and amenities. The spacious living area allowed us to spend quality time together without feeling cramped. We went down to watch the sun dip below the horizon and use the community pool daily, steps away from the condo. We found ourselves strolling down to the beach daily, its proximity being a massive bonus. Moreover, the condo's proximity to local attractions and dining establishments gave us the flexibility to explore without spending excessive time commuting. Summary: The space was adorable & very clean. Everything we needed was there and we really enjoyed our stay. The view from the back of the complex it stunning and we took some beautiful sunset pics! We are runners and enjoyed jogging down past dog beach and all the way to the shops in Del Mar. It was a short drive to La Jolla and we absolutely fell in love with the mall there!! Our favorite place to eat out was Le Bambou.. it was really delish and had a good atmosphere. We would definitely recommend staying here!
