Villa Laudan is located at the bottom of the hill on the Monte y Mar area of Gran Alacant and has fantastic views over the Mediterranean Sea and the Historic Town of Alicante and its famous Castilla de Santa Barbara. Thirty minutes walk from the beach, Quiet and peaceful, ten minutes from the larger resorts such as Alicante and Santa Pola, the villa has easy access to all amenities, including the local market for bargain hunting, and many excellent restaurants for eating out.
This four bedroomed extremely private villa benefits from Central Heating and air Conditioning and boasts one of the best private swimming pools you will encounter which has a main swimming area and a Jacuzzi area which will accommodate 6 people
Lots of terraced areas for you to dine al fresco. Stunning sea views over the bay of Alicante. With two double and two twin single bedrooms, the villa is ideal for families, with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay.

On the ground floor you have a fully equipped kitchen area, through lounge diner with central heating and air-con, two ground floor bedrooms one with en suite, the other with shower room to the side.
Outside stairs take you to the upper floor apartment which has its own lounge area with tv and xbox games system, double bedroom with double bed and fourth bedroom with twin single beds and a family bathroom. There is access to the upper terraced area which has a Canopy to shade the area from the sun, seating, and area with fantastic views over to the bay of Alicante and nearby mountains.

Summary: Having stayed in this area a number of times before we booked this villa for 4 of us as its perfect location for shops, bars and restaurants. The villa is a little tired but overall had everything we needed for our stay. The reviews previously where comments had been made and been worked on and there is more work being done which will spruce it up. 4 bedrooms, 2 of which are reached by outside stairs into separate apartment with large outdoor seating area. Downstairs is the kitchen, living dining room and 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Plenty of space for 4 of us. Pool area is nice with enough t sun beds for us as well. Overall would recommend this villa

Summary: We had a lovely week here. Restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacy were within walking distance, although the children enjoyed the pool so much, and the villa was well equipped so we hardly ventured out. Karen was super helpful and arranged airport transfers at a good cost. We would definitely visit again in the future.

Summary: We really did enjoy our stay and thought the villa was in a great location. There was a few issues. The outside light to the upstairs bedrooms didnt work which was a real issue as stairs are steep and door opens out onto them! The pool was amazing but sadly really needs some work done, lots of broken tiles which resulted in a few cuts and sunloungers really need upgrading. There was also no working TV, luckily we took a fire stick with us. Karen was great and tried to fix issues but sadly couldnt. Overall we had a nice family holiday

Summary: Outside Upstairs had no light to help you up stairs dispite being reported and door opened outword dangerous for children and adults, veranda only had one light, windows do not lock and host was aware as atated lights were broken at last break in not so good to hear, only one umbrella at poolside and sun beds are dirty, shower and jaccusi not working, villa requires a really good clean and all the silly issues fixed to allow people to feel safe to enjoy holiday disappointed experience.

Summary: This villa is in a lovely lovely road with pretty surroundings however the actual villa was a let down. My husband and I took his parents and family here and we were quite embarrassed. It wasn't clean, i lifted our mattress and the bed was disgusting. It was shabby, things broken, the steps up to the 3rd bedroom were broken and dangerous, the cushions for the patio furniture were old and shabby and the list could go on. In the bedrooms there were still clothes and belongings from the owners too. Such a shame , if money was spent on this property it could be fabulous but we won't be returning. Perhaps we would give it a 3* rating .
