Newly renovated and fully furnished house located on canal leading to Tampa bay and Gulf of Mexico.
103" custom home theater, hot tub and water view with full control system throughout with outdoor lighting and sound.
Two beds plus an air bed in the theater and two baths with luxury towels and linens, full closets and drawer space to make you feel at home.
Full kitchen with Keurig Tea and coffee, with built in bar seating for 4 plus 6 person dining table.
3 TVs with Fios Fiber including DVRs and premium channels, Apple TV and Roku with a video distribution system.
PLEASE NOTE- boat dock is available upon request. Our boat is there most of the time but when it's not the dock can be made available for a fee.
Pease do NOT use the fireplace.
We use and maintain the boat whenever schedule allows and reserve the right to access the boat at all times. Every reasonable effort is made not to disturb guests or take up any parking designated as guest parking including the garage and driveway.

Summary: The place overall was not bad but there is definitely room for improvement in some aspects. The hosts communication was non existent. Cockroaches crawling in the drawers of the kitchen, air mattresses had holes. The air conditioning would turn off when we left, coming back to a hot house after the hot beach was not very pleasant. The place was great for our kids but I wish the host would have communicated with me to fix some of the issues that we encountered.
