Positive: Nice large room and bed, so very comfortable, close to park and shops, been there several times, snd we keep on coming back 🤗 excellent, well done!

Negative: The sink and shower taps are not easy to use, the buffet breakfast was poor as most of the food was cold or not fresh and was limited in choice.

Summary: Comfortable stay in the city centre.

Positive: Great staff, we got an upgrade (with charge) to the suite so we were able to stay in a spacious luxury room. Breakfast was nice.

Negative: Since it’s allowed to smoke in the hotel the room slightly smelled like cigarettes. But it was okay

Positive: The location was great.

Negative: Didn't like the non-smoking room as it had obviously been smoked in before. Was upgraded to a suite. Didn't like that the Paulaner bar allows smoking and service in the bar was poor.. The building is old and tired looking.

Positive: Everything was great. One of the best rooms in any hotels I have ever been, beautiful design and view. Location is excellent in the center of the city and close to important touristic places. Breakfast was very diverse and tasty.

Negative: The central lobby had seats only for those who wanted to order a drink not others!
