Summary: Moved rooms due to plumbing issues at almost midnight. Bath was filthy. Does not set a luxury hotel standard, relies mostly on location and view which isn’t good enough.

Summary: This was our fifth stay at Pullman Grand Quay. The rooms are spacious, with living room and kitchen, and include a washer and dryer. David, at the front desk, was especially helpful and friendly. All of the staff were great. The location was near everything we wanted to see, and 100 meters from the ferries. We’ll be back!

Summary: The shower water changes from hot to cold with no prompting. The clothes dryer put out cold air only, and the washer took about two hours. Directions were minimal. However, the desk clerk took our clothes to their dryer. Robert, at the desk, was so helpful and friendly.

Summary: I've stayed here numerous times. Location is perfect. Great balconies either quay or gardens views. Spacious lounge area. Well equipped kitchen with washing machine so perfect for longer stays. Excellent bar and restaurant for breakfast on site, usable gym. Staff friendly and efficient. Rarely the cheapest but book early and its not too bad.
