Positive: Very spacious. Clean and comfortable beds. Good temperature of the pool and showers. Close to lots of shops to buy groceries from. And a short walk to the beach. The staff replied promptly to requests.

Negative: A couple of the windows can't be shut properly, so we used the safe to put our valuables. Be aware that the lodge doesn't provide any toiletries such as hand soap.

Summary: Clean and comfortable.

Positive: Loved our quick stay here! It's like a quiet little haven once you enter the courtyard. The villa was bright and airy. Maria was super communicative and helpful ahead of time, and she was there to welcome us and even stopped by to see us off. Just a block away from a lovely row of restaurants.

Negative: Some windows don't lock or even stay shut in the first floor villa.

Positive: 1. The staff is phenomenal. Extremely nice, responsive, helpful and respectful. They were always available for any questions we had. They were so great that I feel bad pointing the negative aspects of the hotel. 2. The apartment is beautiful, spacious and modern

Negative: 1. There were rooster yelling at all hours of the night right in front our window. It was extremely difficult to sleep. 2. Our towels (although technically washed and clean) had stains on them 3. One of the rooms had a strong smell of sewage (probably coming from the bathroom's pipes) 4. Although I had read other guests received fruits,tea, coffee and bottled water upon arrival, we did not receive any of these. We requested coffee, which was brought on the same day 5. A blow drier would be nice.

Summary: Modern appartment, but not the best neighborhood

Positive: The property looked just like the photos! Super comfortable mattresses and amazing sheets, crisp white towels, pool is ideal, very short walk to everywhere and it is everything you could want for a holiday stay. Also impeccably clean!

Positive: Location is great, 5min walk from the beach & restaurants, parking in front, loved the layout and design of the appartement and felt like a little oasis in the town. Also, Punta Mita is a great little town with nice restaurants, easy waves for surfing with kids & away from the many tourists in San Pancho & Sayulita

Negative: Our room was on the ground floor which seemed to be an easy hiding place for a massive spider that made it into our bathroom. Also when planning to do sone cooking or make eggs in the morning, be prepared to take some time as gas-power is really slow..

Summary: Would definitely stay here again when in Punta Mita

Positive: The property looks exactly as advertised, if not better. We had 2-bedroom lodge on 3d floor. It has amazing view of the ocean from leaving room and one bedroom. Very specious living room and kitchen . Cute design. Kitchen has everything necessary to prepare a meal. Bedrooms are specious with surprisingly good mattresses (and we are very picky about mattresses). Very close to the beach and downtown (3-5 mins walk).

Negative: Shower was not very clean, it had some gross hair in the drain (both showers). Make sure that you bring soap, shampoos, hairdryer, etc, because the lodge only provides towels and dish soap, nothing more. Also, if you have problem sleeping, bring earplugs, as roosters start making noise very early (was not a problem for us).

Summary: Beautiful, spacious, comfortable. Ideal for relaxing vacation

Positive: The room was huge, two beds. Which were very comfortable. It was quiet, air conditioning, and we thoroughly enjoyed the pool and lobby area.
