Positive: - Kids pool - Warm big pool - Service - Food selection and quality - Massages 💆‍♀️ - Everything is indeed included - Baby equipment (e.g. baby tub & crib)
Negative: - Initial Cleaning was not so good, after we were in the room they cleaned properly - Bathroom - shower pressure & sink faucet (too short to be able to wash hands properly) - Lamp above sofa broken - Elevators - only one for the whole „beach front“ building and very small (same elevator for staff and guests, meaning the cleaning ladies with their trolleys)

Positive: There is almost nothing to complain about this place. Everything is better than expected. All staff is super warm and friendly, like they legitimately care for you. Facilities are great. Food is great, drinks are great. All.
Negative: Only 2 things, the gym is a little small, sometimes it gets crowded in the morning and the fact SPA is not included in the All inclusive plan.

Positive: We noticed the property/ rooms needed some TLC. Bathroom fan not working/ plug in bathtub not working. Cupboard where the safety box was would not stay closed. Twice we went to the steak house restaurant for short ribs and they didn’t have any. Should take reservations for that restaurant

Positive: The beach area was nice, great sunset view. The restaurants and food quality was very good and there were nice entertainment activities. The pool area and the bars are quite nice. Overall the personnel is very friendly. The entertainment staff was always full of energy and making sure everyone is having a great time. Top service from the waiters and bartenders.
Negative: There is room for improvement… the rooms need renovation. When we arrived they were a bit dusty and the safe and TV were not working but we got quick support and they got fixed and changed straight away. The concierge service (at least if you are not premium member) is not great… we had an unfortunate health situation and needed some medicine sometime around 20:00 and we got the reply: “Unfortunately Pharmacies are not delivering at this time, but you can take an uber to the next town and get it yourself”. I was expecting a bit more support. From the spa facilities the Hydromassage circuit was only partially working. They are a bit pushy when it comes to selling you their premium membership upon arrival. Keep that in mind. The specialty restaurants are in theory “first come first served”, but we waited more than one hour for one, which is ridiculous, it should be possible to book even if it is on the same day.
Summary: Overall nice, but with room for improvement.
