Summary: There will be no one at reception to communicate. Only security at times and they can't speak english. They were not helpful. Was very rude to give water in the morning saying that the breakfast only starts at 9

Summary: Very good for families. Close from Side muesum and Side Waterfalls.. Good breakfast.We arrived late at night and expected a better welcome. At least, they could heat the rooms and help us with the luggage.

Summary: New, spacious, clean and modern design apartments. We took a 2 bedroom unit for our family of 4. A bit away from the amenities and the beach but if you have a car then everything is only few minutes of drive.

Summary: The hotel is about 20 minutes walk from the beach and so away from the extremely noisy entertainment in the evening at the hotels that line the beach. It was about 1/3rd empty so there were enough sunbeds for everyone and the pool is large and a nice temperature. A buffet breakfast is available from 9 to 11 each morning and is ok - fruit, cheese, olives, cooked meat, cereals, some hot food. Not a huge choice but enough. Staff very friendly and hard-working. Food and drinks are available all day long - you just have to ask. Floodlit tennis court is available, table tennis table as well (bring your own bats and balls if you're keen), excellent gym, indoor pool, sauna, steam room. Massages and body scrubs available (we paid €45 each for the full works) - spa is very clean and relaxing. Cooker, fridge, kettle, dish washer, washing machine, iron and board, cleaning equipment in room. Local area not great for shopping - best local supermarket is BIM but it doesn't have a huge choice so you might want to bring your own food e.g. no tinned food anywhere locally. Best local restaurant is the Q Beach Restaurant which is no longer linked top the hotel but is very good and if you eat/drink there you can negotiate free use of their sun loungers. Harmony Restaurant in next road along is ok - very friendly and polite staff. Dolmus into Side is from the Evrenseki terminus on way to Q Beach. 3.5 Lira per person to Side terminus. Best restaurant in Side is Ocakbasi.

Summary: The apartments were modern and clean, they are ran like apartments and not a hotel. You are entitled to ONE free clean before the option of paying for it. Location wise; BEWARE OF BEING BRITISH...everyone in the area, hotel staff included are selective in who and how they help. Germans and Russians come before everyone else, Brits are second class. Q SPA staff are not helpful and there is no professionalism, all they see is ££££££..you ask them for something and they will either not do it or they will forget. At one point, I was short to pay for a coke(50p), told them I'd pay later - one member of staff hounded me until I paid... With the staff you have to come across more aggressive for them to listen otherwise they won't care, they take UK£ and Euros which means if you don't know what you're doing you will get ripped off for not paying in Lira. The food was terrible at the Q Kitchen, the selection of food was even worse. They solely cater for Europeans, there was no sign of authentic Turkish food - I asked for an authentic Turkish fish sandwich and I got given a fish with bones. Food wise, you will have to take extra money eat out in Side which is a 15 min taxi journey away. Staff at the Q Beach again were just as unhelpful, they'd stop you entering with your own water (which I got from the shop at Q Spa) at 35 Celsius, meaning you have to buy water from there. They'll bend over backwards for anyone who isn't British...simple as that.

Summary: My spouse and I absolutely loved Qspa. The apartments are simply beautiful and are equipped with everything you could possibly need: kitchen, living room with tv, washing machine, balcony, and even a grill to cook your meats!! Facilities are absolutely immaculate. There are two pools, indoor and outdoors,a sauna, a hammam and more. They gave us a 15 euros voucher and I was able to get a relaxing massage followed by some delicious treats. There is a shuttle which leaves every hour and drives you to the beach, or you can walk there, it's a pleasant 10-minute walk. Property is so quiet and relaxing and the staff is incredibly polite and professional. They have a small convenience store downstairs where you can buy water, snacks, sunscreen, etc. On certain nights they do movie nights and tea and coffee which is a nice touch. Don't hesitate to book this wonderful accommodation. Just a few suggestions: adding a blower dryer and bathrobes to the bathrooms. Also, please let your partner restaurant, Q beach club, not to harass hotel guests when they bring water which they just purchased from your hotel store, to the beach!!! They tried taking our water away by literally chasing us all the way to our beach chairs even though they knew we were hotel guests.
