Positive: Overall, we had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The food is varied and available almost all day long, which is a big plus. The hotel itself is comfortable and enjoyable, and the rooms are clean and well-maintained. Access to the private beach is quick and convenient, and the housekeeping staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Families will also appreciate the playgrounds for kids and the pools designed for everyone, including a really nice one dedicated to children.
Negative: Minor: Some dishes aren’t of the highest quality, though this is understandable given the wide variety of choices available. Minor: The tunnel gate to the beach closes at 8 PM, which makes it difficult to fully enjoy the sunset before heading back. Extending the closing time slightly would be a nice improvement. Major: The biggest issue is with the sunbeds being reserved very early in the morning, sometimes by guests who don’t use them for the rest of the day. The hotel claims to have a towel removal policy for sunbeds reserved before 9 AM, but we didn’t see it enforced. This can significantly affect the guest experience, as you either have to wake up very early to secure a spot or risk missing out altogether. Stricter enforcement of this policy would make a huge difference. Despite these points, we truly enjoyed our stay and would still recommend the hotel, hoping management addresses the sunbed reservation issue to make the experience even better.

Positive: We enjoyed our vacation at Villa Side Residence, excellent customer service, clean and specious rooms. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. In the morning we spent time by the Mediterranean sea and in the evening had different musical entertainments and shows. Very thankful for delicious food in the restaurant with outstanding customer service.
Summary: Definitely will recommend this resort for anyone who is looking for quality vacation

Positive: The hotel was fabulous, very high standard. Food excellent and a massive choice. The room was beautiful, big with everything you need. The pools fab and also the beach bar & restaurant area. The service in this hotel was impeccable and staff friendly whilst professional. I could write a book on how wonderful this hotel is at a very reasonable cost. I would highly recommend with no hesitation 🙂

Positive: The hotel is good and has lots of amenities. The rooms and all areas are clean and well maintained. Side ancient city is a short bus ride away. Eva is great and my child had a great time. Cannot thank her enough.
Negative: Reception could have been more informative and approachable unlike other staff.
