Summary: We had our travel plans change a number of times due to snow (and lots of it!). Michael was very understanding and definitely flexed with our ever changing arrival time.

Summary: The home smells musty. Back deck is not welcoming. Covered in nuts and sticks. Outdoor furniture Flimsy and dirty. Beds and furniture are comfortable. Kitchen is lacking frying pans. The pans they do have are old. Towels are old and worn.

Summary: The house is clean, no problems. Everything worked well. Recommended anybody wants to stay for a couple days in Charleston and I have to stay at a hotel.

Summary: I stayed at this location with my husband and his brother and wife and their 9 month old. This house was perfect for two couples and beyond our expectations for also having a little one with us. I didn’t think the two living rooms would be as helpful as they turned out to be. Once my nephew was down in one of the back bedrooms we (the four adults) were able to go to the second living room, which is located on the opposite side of the house, and continue to talk and hangout without the fear of our noisy conversations waking him up. Michael was very accommodating and helpful knowing none of us had ever been to Charleston.

Summary: We appreciate the location and that we could have our dogs. If you have dogs, be aware that it is all hard wood floors and dogs can be noisy on hard wood floors.
