Summary: No handicap parking or handicap ramps to the rear door in the rear of the building. I have a wheel-bound wife. I reserved a "Handicap Room" on line 8 days before our trip and when we checked in was told no handicap rooms were available. Then I was told all rooms are handicap assessable, except for a walk-in shower. WRONG, I could not get the wheelchair in more that 8' due to the TV/Refrigerator in the way, The toilet was not ADA and no grab bars in the bathroom. The room also only had 3 working lights out of 6 available. I had a very difficult time with my wife and her being comfortable in this room. I will not be staying at Quality Inn ever again.

Summary: Staff was friendly. Breakfast options were limited. My room was clean, but the A/C smelled musty. (I do have allergy problems.) Also the water pressure was so low it was hard to shower. Took a long time to get hot water. Don’t know if that was just a temporary problem or ongoing. I did not ask. Wouldn’t recommend.

Summary: Was awaken by someone trying to get into my room. The front desk staff gave person a key to my room. Staff tried to assist get into my room. At this point, I threw the door open where he looked shocked and say he didn't know anyone was in that room. No sleep after that.

Summary: Room was very outdated, i was in a double, 1 of the 2 beds felt like it had broken springs, bathroom light took 30 seconds after the switch was flipped to turn on, and the tv changed volume on its own

Summary: we had stayed here before but it has gone downhill. carpets are filthy in the halls and garbage on floor. pool had dead flies floating in it, room set-up was terrible. purposefully got a room with a couch but it was hard and set back so far from the tv in an alcove it just wasnt usable. o ly positives…desk clerk was helpful and the place was quiet.
