Summary: Locker rental needs clear better instructions. Facilities need upgrades especially for the prices. Overall, it was okay.

Summary: When we got there we didn’t realize the water park wasn’t included or offered a discount. No breakfast offered. Vending , ice and elevators were all out of order. Stood at the desk to have someone let us into pool area and for more towels. Bed was comfortable and room was clean.

Summary: Pictures are worth a thousand words! This is beyond disgusting. The nerve to ask a resort fee each day. My room was never cleaned I was there from Friday June 27th thru June 29th

Summary: The water park side was fun but for 4 people it was $200 for 8 hours 1 day the hotel was completely falling apart none of the vending machines work none of the coffee machines work we got sheets for blankets and several people complained of not having blankets or pillows at all when they got their rooms the property outside was over grown and filthy it was a terrible stay

Summary: For a “smoke free” room it smelled awfully smokey, but overall cleanliness was good. Front desk was very friendly and good at clarifying that the park is a separate charge. My family had a blast. The cost of stay plus the water park did seem pricy but nothing too much to complain about.

Summary: I don't like giving negative reviews but I hope it helps both to the resort's management and fellow travelers. It looks like they've had a hard time keeping up with the place. The grounds were overgrown and appeared unkept. In one of the rooms we booked the toilet tank was off and they hadn't made note not to book the room. Our room, the hairdryer was missing and I had to go get one. On a postive note, the beds were very comfortable. If you are using the water park it'd be a nice place to stay as the rates were very reasonable (book directly with the hotel though, the park fee isn't included when booked through a 3rd party). The bar was fantastic! We had a blast there so that was fun. All in all about a 3.

Summary: It was fine. Dated hotel attached to a water park. A little expensive for the quality. They didn’t service our room for the two days we were there which seems like something pretty standard to do during a stay. Room was okay. Didn’t offer breakfast. Front desk staff was not friendly. Bar staff was excellent and the cook made me something vegetarian. That was great.
