Negative: They held $100 and told me I would have it back the morning I checked out. I didn’t get it til4 days later. I needed that money for gas to complete my trip. They didn’t explain that it would take several days .

Negative: No towels, only 2 wash clothes when I got into the room. I had to call the front desk to have the guy bring towels up. Ice machine was not working. Breakfast food was not kept filled and the juice machine was broken.
Summary: Price was ok and hotel was clean but the above issues need to be taken care of immediately!

Negative: The whole front carport was roped off due to damage left by a vehicle that was too tall to go through it (I understand that’s not the hotels fault but it would’ve been nice if we had been warned when I had called the evening before we checked in) From my understanding it had been like that for a little while. Our door to our room got stuck twice. We had to use our entire body weight to shove it open. They also took our DND sign off the door. We left to do something during the day and there was a piece of tissue shoved into the peep hole of our door (on the inside of our room) that wasn’t there before. Overall nothing went missing and we were exhausted so we didn’t talk to the front desk about it. The only issue I informed the front desk of was the second time the door was stuck and we couldn’t get in. There were a few issues with the property but the front desk staff was really nice and helpful.
Summary: Felt like a haunted house half the stay, but staff was super nice and helpful.
