Positive: The location was great, but getting there was a nightmare. The traffic was absolutely horrible. Once we got near the hotel it was okay. I thought the room and location were great.
Negative: The outside door closest to our room was not working so it made getting there a hassle but it wasn't the end of the world.
Summary: Overall we liked where we were inside the hotel and we liked the location of it.

Positive: Location. Also I love residence inn for the space and microwave and full size refrigerator
Negative: This was not our normal Residence Inn experience. The room smelled bad the basin drained very slowly. The faucet was switched around so hot was cold and cold was hot. The Aircon was very loud and the icemaker in the refrigerator didn’t work but kept making loud noises.
Summary: Not what we expect from residence inn.
