Summary: the quality of this hotel has dropped since our last stay three years ago. The breakfast was terrible. The rooms had sheets with stains on them. The parking lot was telling. Hardly any families, but lots of Pacific Railroad trucks. This used to be the premier hotel in Columbus. Sad to see it go down hill so fast.

Summary: It was a good stay not to take away from the hotel but the road work in front made it difficult to get in and out of the parking lot

Summary: Hotel had parts of it that were remodeled and pleasant but the large pool was closed and only kiddie pool was available. Our room smelled really bad, musty pig smell. Black water came out of the faucet. Also the tub had sand and grit in it but we had not been in any dirt so it had to have been from the water. We had two rooms for a two-night stay and the rooms did not get cleaned, no new towels and the garbage was not removed. When I asked for clean towels they said they had a full hotel and didn't have any more towels. They indicated they were washing them and would I like put on the list but I never received any clean towels. The room only had two sets to start with so had to use wet towels on the second day. Staff was friendly but I never saw cleaning staff in our wing. The only reason I didn't ask to have a different room is that we were located by each other and I wanted the convenience. I usually don't put reviews up but the shape of the room and the dirty water was concerning. The bed was comfortable. The area to eat breakfast was pleasant, the food was low average. OK but no the best I have had.

Summary: The room was fine. The light above our sink didn't work. The breakfast food was bland. The lady that checked us in was nice, just a little slow.

Summary: We were in town for a softball tournament over the weekend. The Quality Inn was able to provide enough rooms for the team at a reasonable rate. The staff was helpful and the stay was comfortable.

Summary: Did not like the fact that I rented the room because we wanted to go swimming but the pool was closed. Would have gone elsewhere if it was posted on the site.

Summary: Pool was closed for maintainance. Drinking fountains out of order. Not enough towels in the bathroom. Did not replenish coffee packets in the rooms. No amennities such as shampoo, etc.Continental breakfast not available until 7:00 a.m. Pretty pricey for what we got.
