Summary: Very clean. Good breakfast in the morning with plenty of choices. Very friendly staff. I was pleasantly surprised with this stay.

Summary: Location was quiet and safe. Front desk staff were very friendly. When we got to the room, our TV cable didn’t work. A quick call to the desk and the problem was remedied immediately by replacing the TV. We stayed here for the location near the hospital where my mom was having surgery the next day, which was a quick 15 minutes away. Beds and room were super comfortable, room was large and included a sofa and desk, so we had a super comfortable stay. Would most definitely stay here again!

Summary: The hotel itself was alright, but it was not in a good neighborhood. There was a good sized puddle in our bathroom multiple times. At first I thought it was from us showering, but the. I figured out that the sink was leaking. The hairdryer in the bathroom was rusted and got rust specks on my daughter when she took it off of the wall. When we went to use the pool there were not enough pool towels for our family, but the girl at the front desk was able to get us some when we went and asked. Probably would not stay there again.

Summary: The customer service of the staff members was average. The hotel lacks adequate resources. My room was cleaned only twice during my 2-week stay. They cannot handle a large crowd of guests. Record keeping and following up on customer needs was poor!!

Summary: Staff was polite, rooms were clean. Be careful in the pool area. There is step down that is treacherous. My wife slipped and hurt her foot on the step down.

Summary: Room was clean. Short on staff. The two front desk people I talked to were friendly and responsive. Shower curtain would not stay in place as it kept falling down into the middle of the bar. Think it’s just a quick maintenance fix.
