Positive: The building was very beautiful and the room was spacious
Negative: The best part of the building the main hall which was also the young and bar area was blocked off Friday evening through to Sunday morning for a wedding The reception was very poor and not very welcoming There was very little to do in the immediate vicinity and lots of the restaurants and shops further down towards the river had closed down

Negative: The layout was bizarre with the old station in the middle of the hotel, it felt soulless. Took ages to find the gym everything was so spread out. The room smelt a little bit of cannabis, we booked a room for 3, but the sofa bed was not made up, I had to request bedding and made it myself.
Summary: Strange hotel, a bit shabby, but good location and nice staff.

Negative: Got a room someone was already in. Fire shows was broken down. The room wasn't clean. Stains on sheets. Sink linked handles. Tub had hair in it. A food tray was left outside the room before we got there and stayed for over a day.
