Summary: Beds and bedding were clean. Bathrooms were okay but could use an actual good scrub. Water pressure was good but the water never actually warmed up it was eother cold or barely room temp. I didnt use the pool or gym so I have no opinion about that. Staff was excellent!

Summary: Pool was clean and open! (Nice because lots of places lately the pools are closed or filthy.) Breakfast was standard: packaged muffins, toast, bagels, yogurt, bagged scrambled eggs and sausage links, waffle machine, juices and coffee/tea. Shannon at the desk was VERY helpful as we were traveling with elderly parents and the requested handicap accessible rooms message never got sent to the hotel. NO ELEVATOR and the booking was going to put us all on the second floor, with no wheelchair access! Hotel itself is old and run down. Carpets are stained and filthy. Layers of dust on the walls and curtains. Curtains stained and broken. Everything smells like old cigarettes even though it's a non-smoking facility... some rooms much worse than others. We cleaned the air intake filters on the AC in our rooms. First night a roach ran up the bed, and a tree frog (???) was in the bathroom (I don't know... maybe fishermen used the room before us???). *Desk help was hardworking and did all they could to accommodate us and everyone else.* Owners need to have a DEEP clean done in all the rooms and halls and carpets.

Summary: the night staff guy was amazingly sweet and helpful and just made us wanna come back. the rooms were ok found toenails and stuff between the bed and night stand. they were awesome hosting our reptiles

Summary: Staff very nice but owner needs to invest in that excercise room n that pool. Plus fixing whats broken n a nice paint job for appearance 😒. Water in pool was very cold n dirty floor in pool. Spend 2 nights n very disappointed that I needed to excercise due to having RA in that pool. But couldn't n 2 or 3 pieces of excercise equipment is sad for being a.nice hotel. Breakfast nice n staff could've had the keys to turn heat in pool n better equipment to clean bottom

Summary: Staff was helpful but 1) pool was closed 2) our room was not ready / clean, so we were assigned another one. Breakfast was good!! Clean beds and bathroom. Good enough. Close to the border!

Summary: The staff were the friendliest people and took care of our requests right away. The property was marginal at best. Breakfast was ok, I always appreciate Hotel Waffles but that was the high point, Eggs and sausage was warm almost cold. The bathroom was clean but when I got ready to,take a shower the hot water only lasted about 3 minutes before turning cold. The room keys worked 25% of the time nd I had to have them reload 3 times with a 50% success rate. The room was noisy with paper thin walls, you had to slam the door to make it work and with all the rooms doing that at all hours it didn’t make an enjoyable experience.
