Summary: The room was clean. The hotel was just older and a bit outdated but it served our purpose. We just needed a place to stay for one night after we attended a concert in the area. We were very comfortable no complaints. We were in room 102 I believe and one cool thing about that room was the sliding glass door had a gate that would have taken us right out to the pool had we been staying longer and had it been warm enough to swim. That would have been a great bonus.

Summary: Stay was fine. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Hotel is rundown and had a strange order throughout. Definitely not what it looked like online. It was close to our venue which was great.

Summary: The customer service sure was lacking. Kind of a rude front desk guy, who refused to give us clean towels until we brought back the dirty ones. Just poor overall policy and service.

Summary: The front desk attendants were very nice. The room was clean and pleasant. I was in a handicap accessible and they forgot a couple of things. There was a shallow tub with a nice shower in it, but no rubber anti-slip mat in or out of the tub. So once I was soapy and wet, it was very slippery. The shower curtain was not quite long enough to stay inside the tub, so it flew out as I showered, leaving the floor all wet as well. Both issues provided a real risk for falls. If I had fallen, I could not have gotten up by myself. I lucked out. I would stay there again, next time maybe bring my own rubber mat to make sure I am safe.
