Summary: We were vendors at the Maidens of the Mist Renn Faire for the weekend, so we didn't spend much time at the hotel. The room was beautiful, clean and modern. Breakfast was ok. Lovely to be able to walk along the water, so close to the hotel. As well, there were LOTS of wonderful places to eat within walking distance!

Summary: We stayed on the 2nd floor. It was extremely loud from people hanging in the lobby for several hours because the floor is open. So definitely request to be on the 3rd or 4th floor. The guy working the front desk was not into his job at all. He didnt tell us about where and when breakfast is, where the elevator is, what the password for the wifi is... absolutely nothing! I dont even know how much the deposit was because he didnt say. We used the pool... it was filled with dead flies!! Seems like the staff just sitting around listening to music could have filled their time better by making sure it was clean prior to check in... absolutely filthy. Breakfast was so-so... eggs,sausage, toast... would be nice if they had some fruit available. No issues with the room... mattresses are definitely old but it wasnt the worst sleep. The tv channels are messed up... 300s to 800s, and no channel guide available so i don't know what kind of shady cable theyre using but it was weird. For 180 a night, it was definitely too much. I feel like i should be given a refund for the obnoxious group in the lobby that kept my infant up until after 11pm.

Summary: Booked for my family of 4 with 2 small kids. Place was clean, but dated ( carpet was loud and the paint colour dreary ) elevators very slow. We stayed in room with 2 queens. There was a fridge & microwave in room. But very minimal storage for clothing and no closet. Had a small bar that held 2 jackets. Room felt tight. Beds were comfy and pillows nice. They have a pool that they claim is heated. But in our opinion was cold. ( didn’t use for long ) disappointing for sure. Breakfast options were ok. Missed it by 10mins the first day and were denied access. Found staff at times unfriendly and not very welcoming. And not very helpful with questions we had. If you only plan is to sleep during your stay then this is your place. Otherwise the facility needs work.

Summary: Everything was great, as expected for its price range. Maintenance could be improved to increase aesthetics, such as rusty door hinges, clogged sink drain, stainy hallway carpets. Breakfast was great, except cream cheese was not offered for bread toasts. Our room was facing the highway, zero noise. Beds are great! Overall excellent stay! Would stay again :)
