Positive: My wife and I liked the area of the location. The friendliness of the staff. It was not bad for the price.
Negative: I did not like the smell of our room. It smelled like someone had been smoking cigarettes or marijuana in those rooms before. Before we do anything, we like to go over everything and clean ourselves. It was not too dirty. It was not bad, but the smell was awful when you would walk in. There was also cookies in our AC?.... so that might have also been the cause of the smell. The side door to get into the building does not lock. You could pull it open without using your key. That made us feel unsafe, but otherwise, it was not a bad stay for 2 nights.
Summary: It was not terrible for a couple looking to stay a few nights looking to save a couple bucks.

Positive: Hotel staff was fabulous. So accommodating and friendly. Everything was clean, will definitely stay there again
Negative: Something wrong with the telephone. Woke us up at 4 am rang once then disconnected, happened about 4 times and I unplugged the phone. Plugged it back in the next day and the same thing happened, unplugged again and told the front desk it was unplugged. Alarm clock also did not work.

Positive: Loved checkout was 12noon !! I was allowed to go to go to 8:30am church service with my during the family reunion and get back in time to check out .
Negative: This hotel doesn't have an elevator!! I was lucky , the clerk was able to find me a room on first floor. I have really bad knees, waiting for knee surgery. Wasn't sure I said it listed that you didn't have an elevator?
