Positive: It is close to whatever you need.
Negative: The air conditioner was very noisy. It vibrated and shook the whole room. There were stains on the bed clothes. The three nights I needed hotels, this was the most expensive. So overpriced in my book.

Positive: The room was nice and big and the beds were supportive and comfortable. Main room was clean.
Negative: The bathroom floor and the tub were both dirty. There were blood stains on the floor near the tub, a major coffee (?) stain under the vanity near the coffee machine, and the tub was dirty from what may have been a bath mat.
Summary: Comfortable bed, good size room, dirty bathroom floor and tub.

Positive: The staff and faciility have met my expectations for the past six years. Annually, I travel from Ohio to Bedford on my way to New Jersey to go fishing with my brothers. Bedford is convenienly located at the halfway mark and Quality Inn has reliably provided me with a predictable comfortable welcoming place to stay. The rooms are clean and tidy. Plenty of channels are available to watch on TV. Each room has a small refrigerator and microwave. Bathrooms are nicely appointed with plenty of clean towels. The beds are comfortable with a variety of pillows to suit different needs. Staff members are friendly and enjoy helping to insure that my stay is great. Breakfast offers fresh coffee, hard boiled eggs, yogart, cereal, the makings for fresh waffles and a waffle maker, fruit (apples & bananas) and juices. Vending machines offer a variety of drinks, candy, chips and other treats.
Negative: The pandemic caused changes to some of the services I looked forward to in the first years. No warm cookies upon arrival.

Positive: Very nice facility and exceptionally clean. Staff were very friendly and ready to help. Locational was convenient to interstate as well as to the town of Bedford. Places to eat nearby, especially Hosses!
Negative: I don’t like accessing the room from the outside.

Negative: The breakfast needs some attention. Nothing hot except waffles you make. No eggs or breakfast meats. Disappointed on this aspect.
