Summary: Our room had clearly not been cleaned before we checked in, and had we not arrived late at night and been exhausted from travel we would definitely have asked for a new room. There was an empty soda bottle on the floor behind the door, a long hair on the bed, and in the morning we noticed more issues. There was something smeared on the bathroom wall, a toothpaste smear on the room's door frame (??), a large TOENAIL clipping on the floor near the nightstand, holes in the bedspreads, just to name a few. We understand that this is a budget hotel and didn't care that overall the room and furnishings were older and well worn, but the cleanliness issues were really disgusting.

Summary: We have been staying at this hotel for years when visiting family. This time we noticed it is mch more run down, the pool is permanently closed, the breakfast leaves much to be desired. The air conditioner in our room was not working (during a heat wave). They did immediately put us in a new room so that was great. But the employee at the desk said it had been broken and needed fixed. Why would the night desk person put someone in that room if they knew it was broken?? Overall it had just really gone down hill.

Summary: The hotel is showing its age. Our room was one of the worst we have ever stayed in. Most of the towels in our bathroom were old, worn and stained. The duvet cover had stains. The carpeting had stains. The picture on the wall above the bed had something that must have sprayed on it and then it dripped down in lines and dried on the glass. How could they miss this? With the way the rest of the place looked, we didn’t bother to ask for another room. As we checked out, I handed them the towels at the desk, told them we didn’t use them and said throw these away. We’ve stayed at many Quality Inns with no problems. I never leave reviews but this one was just gross.

Summary: I was close to the door going to the outside. It didn’t lock. I heard it open 4 or 5 times during the night. Was a little scary.

Summary: Perfectly adequate hotel and clean. Breakfast was adequate. Outdoor pool is still broken and I don't think they'll ever fix it. decent value for the price

Summary: Great friendly check-in but was expecting a little more cleaniness and comfort for the price I paid. However it was a pet friendly hotel so that may have had something to do with some of the stains. The biggest downside was the smell. Maybe from cleaning agents but it was a strong humid mildewy smell.

Summary: The first room they offered to us was on the first level. It had a huge crack in the window glass, and the window wouldn't lock... major security problem! Plus, the toilet ran constantly and wouldn't flush, and it wasn't very clean. We were only in that room for a few minutes before we decided not to stay in it. So, we got a different room. The second room was much better, but still lacking cleanliness. The breakfast was very good and the staff were friendly and helpful.
