The Space:
After a full day of exploring the rich culture of the city, this charming two-story home provides all the amenities needed for comfort and relaxation. The modern design of this property offers ample indoor space for relaxation, while the deck and fenced-in backyard accessible from the main level provide a great place to enjoy the outdoors.
Upon entry, the first level is home to the spacious living room and kitchen/dining area with cutout views to not miss any action. The cushy sofa seating with chaise lounge and large TV in the living room is a welcome place to catch a movie. The fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, coffee maker, and cookware provides convenience for meals at home.
Upstairs, unwind in one of the chic, cozy bedrooms. Both bedrooms are artfully decorated with furniture maximized for your comfort while the master enjoys views of the sunny backyard.
This home sleeps up to 4 guests comfortably between 2 private bedrooms.
Bedroom #1 has a king size bed, full closet, and an ensuite bathroom with single vanity and shower/tub combo.
Bedroom #2 has a queen size bed and full closet.
The home also includes a second guest bathroom on the upper level with single vanity and shower/tub combo.

-For security purposes there are exterior cameras on the front, and back porch.

Summary: The property was as advertised and photos are accurate. Great location to downtown and to highway access. We found the check-in and out instructions to be a bit confusing as what was listed in the email differed from the instructions we received via text. The entire unit could use more and better lighting. As well as a bit more seating in the living room as it's rather sparce and not the most comfortable. There is also a possum living under the back deck that needs to be addressed. It's rather active at night and constantly sets off the motion lighting. Overall the unit met our expectations for the price and what we needed for a week long stay.

Summary: Overall very pleased. Living room didn’t have enough light in it to play cards in the evening. Wished it had more towels in the bathroom. Very easy to get in/out of house. Only 1 parking space, other vehicle had to park on the street. Location was easy to get to.

Summary: Queen City Quarters was easy to find , very close to downtown, and accessible to anywhere we wanted to go. Very well kept, nice out door space. We are already planning to rent the same place next year for some Reds baseball and to explore Cincinnati!

Summary: Everything was perfect until day 2 when the a/c broke. It got so hot it was almost unbearable had to go outside to cool down and it was hot outside too

Summary: Great place! Great location, close to so many things. Neighbor hood restaurant “Andy’s” offered yummy ethnic food. Eden Park Lookout offered a beautiful view. Back yard is fenced which was great for our dog. They even had a doggie bed ready for her!!!!
