Negative: That place need a lot of renovations. The door was hard to open. The blankets had holes in them. At the entrance of the bathroom floor, a piece was broken. We could hear the people going up and down the stairway as the room was adjacent to it. We checked for the breakfast included and we turned around.

Negative: How unclean the room was . Obviously being in renovations, room should have been recleaned before renting . Gyproc dust , floor felt dirty to walk on. Dust on counters. Bed too small for The wall unit that has the bedside tables- couldnt reach from in bed . Couch was pushed up against wall, blocking the heat source, to large to push onto other wall. . Electrical items from renovation shoved in a drawer…. This room was obviously not ready to rent yet.

Positive: Nice guy running that front desk. Bedding was nice. Beds were comfy but too soft.

Negative: Bathroom water stunk like sulphur. Renos were poorly completed. Nowhere to hang jackets. No dresser or closet. Bathtub is old and beat up and gross. Holes in the wall where electrical plugs were removed.
