Summary: Very clear instructions for out of hours check out. Perfectly located to visit on foot land marks, access to restaurant. Calm. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Summary: It was nice to stay here again and see that the room had new couches, dining table, tv etc. The only downfall of this place is someone really needs to give the showers a good clean in all the nooks and crannies.

Summary: The property is in a good location however for the cost the bathroom was very small as was the bedroom, the bathroom looked dirty, not enough appropriate lighting. There is no central heating/cooling - there is a bar heater in the bedroom and a mobile aircon unit in the lounge room. There was no airflow in the property.

Summary: Ideally situated for our needs, loved hearing and watching the trams from our balcony area. As this was the final stay of our NZ trip it was great having all amenities in the apartment in order to launder our clothes and relax prior to our onward journey.
