Negative: If there was anything it would be no private parking, although we got to park for free on the public road after a certain time.
Summary: Would highly recommend to stay here, both my daughter and I enjoyed our stay!

Positive: Good clean hotel. Need to onform staff for parking round back a day or two before you arrive. Good sized room & fine bathroom. Staff took feedback well.
Negative: TV is too complicated to work .. and that’s terrestrial tv.. didnt really bother us as there to sight see & read. The best restaurants & bars are at the lakeside end of town, a bit away from hotel.
Summary: Good spot to hit for Hobbiton, Glow Worm cave & a fantastic Spa Wai Airiki (at lakeside)
