Summary: Staff we dealt with very friendly, especially Amiti at reception. So unusual to receive such good customer service these days. Very patient, calm, helpful and friendly. The hotel overall was good for the purpose. The community pool in the advert was misleading as we thought the hotel had a pool, hence the 4 star rating.

Summary: Had a great check in experience. Amity was extra helpful and answered all questions with a pleasant manner. She even gave us tips on how to navigate the surrounds. Hotel manager Luke went out of his way to assist us in modifying the bed configuration in our room to suit pur liking. Great overall experience.

Summary: Really enjoyed our stay at Quest Springfield Central. Coming from Tassie, it was a nice relief to stay in an air-conditioned room. We especially enjoumyed all the little amenities included in our room, such as laundry liquid, timtams, self-care pack, and a few other things. The blockout curtains were amazing. Hardly any gaps for the early morning light to peek in. Also, having a washer and drayer in the room was a nice surprise. Made our stay a lot more convenient. The staff at the front desk were lovely and welcoming. And the complimentary tea and coffee station in the foyer was awesome. If ever we're back in Springfield, we'll be staying here again.
