Summary: Property is right in middle of city centre and easy walking distance to everyone. Car parking is available but $15 per night, which is a bit over the top.

Summary: Good location, easy parking, clean and tidy room. Very helpful and courteous receptionist. We arrived Easter Sunday about 530pm and had to use intercom to gain access but it was really hard to hear due to traffic noise.

Summary: The property is in an excellent location in downtown Whagarei, clean, comfortable but the check-in process was very strange. They don’t have anyone at the front desk after 5 PM. You have to call on an intercom to someone, wait a while on hold for them to answer, then it is hard to hear them with traffic going on. There happened to be one staff member, who by coincidence had to stay late for something else. She found me or else I may never have found my way to our room or to parking.

Summary: Can’t comment on staff really as on arrival you press a button wait and a voice on the other end pass you a code to access keys. You are on your own from there. Room was clean and had everything you needed. There is free parking between 4:30pm and 8;30 am. A little hard to find based on the map. Olson had to use card to enter through the door to garage and press exit button to allow a car through. Not sure if this is for everyone or just an issue with our card. But as there is no one to ask can’t say. The area down by the water is a must to stroll around and enjoy a coffee.
