Welcome to the Indie Rancher! Our 3-bedroom, 2-bath home sleeps up to 9 guests with 5 beds and a queen sleeper sofa. Whether you're here for work or play, our location in Columbia is ideal. Enjoy family-friendly restaurants and breweries nearby, just 5 minutes from downtown's attractions, shopping, and dining. The Riverbanks Zoo & Garden is 10 minutes away, while Sesquicentennial State Park is a quick 30-minute drive. We've included professional photos and real-time images from our cleaning team, so you know exactly what to expect!
The Space:
Guests will enter the home through the front door with a digital code to unlock the door. Once inside, the den and dining room will be on your left. Here, you'll find a queen sleeper sofa and comfy chairs which are perfect to kick and relax in while you watch your favorite shows on the large SmartTv! The hallway on the right of the entry will take you to the kitchen and sleeping areas. The kitchen is fully-equipped and ready for you to make your favorite home-cooked meal! The first bedroom has a twin bed and a twin trundle. There is a shared bathroom in the hallway and the second bedroom has a queen bed. The last bedroom down the hallway is the master bedroom with a queen bed and full en-suite bathroom. There is an outdoor dining set and grill in the backyard which are perfect to enjoy the crisp night air! Feel free to utilize the tennis courts and baseball field all with in walking distance!

Our property can park a maximum of three vehicles. Street parking is not allowed. Violators will be ticketed at their own expense.
Guest Access:
The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home

Getting Around:
Uber, Lyft, and other Taxi available, but driving is encouraged! Unfortunately, past guests have considered my yard as their personal parking lot. Parking in our yard or in our grass is not allowed. Please keep vehicles in their designated parking areas.
Other Things to Note:
Our property can park a maximum of three vehicles. Street parking is not allowed. Violators will be ticketed at their own expense.

We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 21 years of age to book.
If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.
Please do NOT park in our actual yard. Previous guests have caused damage to my home from parking in my grass. Please keep cars in their designated parking areas.
We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.

We like to give our guests maximum privacy, so we offer contact-free checkin via a digital door code. Just know that we are only a phone call away if ever the need arises during your stay

Summary: Great location beautiful home. We had our own supply but it was some for us to use if we need It. Very spacious place and the neighborhood quiet and the neighbors would wave hello we they see outside. It was definitely a lovely experience and I would stay here again

Summary: We were in town for my daughter's college graduation. We had to request check-in info, it was not automatically provided. Back door was unlocked and open at check-in. Floors were very dirty, tub was severely peeling. There were no dressers and there were only a couple cheap metal hangers in each closet. Was only given one bath towel for each person for four nights. There were no dishcloths and sponge was hard and used. Dryer vent had volleyball sized lint. Furniture was falling apart. On good side, it was easy to contact rental organization. The kitchen had good amenities like salt, coffee, and plastic bags. There was also shampoo and conditioner in the showers. However, there was only one drinking glass. This place could be very nice if they invested in some plastic hangers or goodwill dressers and some cans of spray paint, cleaned the place, bought some dishcloths and bath towels, and extra blankets, repaired the tub, and replaced the broken furniture. And would probably be good to have smoke alarms in the bedrooms and replace the broken towel hooks. Overall this place was acceptable for what we needed, but it was very disappointing and it definitely did not add to the joy of our vacation.

Summary: We had an enjoyable staff for a football weekend. The location was easily accessible to places we wanted to go. It would have been nice to have an extra towel or two as well as a full length mirror or something in the bedrooms as multiple females were getting ready at the same time. Other than that it had all we needed. Thank you.
