Summary: This was a beautiful cottage, well maintained and jusy lovely! The only thing I would say needs to change is the advertising of it being for 4 people. I loved it totally though. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay. I have family members that live in Opelousas and Church Point, hadn’t seen them in a year, we were able to visit them also. Your property is very welcoming and feels like home. The only minor problem we had was there were black ants (sugar ants), with a trail behind the kitchen facets to the stove, only seen them on the first morning and did not see them on the second morning. Thanks again.

Summary: Cozy and comfortable place. Everything we needed was here. The owner, Charlie, left us a bottle of wine and also toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner and lotion. We would recommend this place to anyone looking for a place in Carencro.

Summary: This cottage is perfect for couples. Great finishes and an awesome updated kitchen. Spent a week here while searching for a home in the area. Our host and his wife were very accommodating. Felt like home!

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay . The photos are accurate, it is clean and well kept. The home is tucked away in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. The showers are big, the bed is comfortable and the décor is beautiful and serene. It is just minutes away from restaurants, and shopping. It is a place that we would love to visit again, when we are back down in that area. The owner is a very nice gentleman who is helpful and just a phone call away if needed. We loved the small touches, like a folder of brochures of places to see and things to do. A complimentary bottle of wine was chilled in the wine cooler, and we even noticed that toothpaste, floss and shampoo was at hand in case we had forgotten anything. It had the touches of a very nice hotel, but the comfort of home. We highly recommend visiting it. I don't think you will be disappointed.

Summary: We rented the house for a weekend while visiting family. Plenty of room for my family of five. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Mr. Charles is extremely nice and helpful. Plan on staying here again in the future!

Summary: Great house for a couple. Clean, clean, clean. We really appreciated having a washer and dryer. The tub is super deep and the walk in shower is wonderful. Plenty of hot water too! It was a little difficult to locate as it is located behind a larger home on the main road. The only very minor suggestion is the air fresheners were a little over powering. We just unplugged them during our stay.

Summary: My family came down for a funeral and were able book this rental on short notice. Although, it was a devastating time for our family, Charlie made our stay wonderful. We rent homes on VRBO all the time when we travel and Charlie is part of the reason why we do. The home was exceptional and didn't disappoint. It had all the amenities you needed. Charlie even went the extra mile and provided us with extra toiletries, a complimentary bottle of wine and flowers with a personalized note for our loss. We truly appreciated that. He was very helpful with the check in, even with a late check in, he responded quickly and led us straight to the property. Since we do have family out there, when we visit this will be our go to spot for sure!
