Negative: The location is pretty bad, and the place smelled like weed. A handful of sketchy characters milling about as well.

Positive: The room was very clean and recently remodeled (especially the bathroom and shower!), the bed was comfortable, the AC was cold, and the Wi-Fi was fast. All for an extremely reasonable and affordable price. The location was fine, not sketchy at all like some other motels, and close to everything I needed. Really, if you're just looking for a place to comfortably sleep at night, this place is a fantastic value.
Negative: Checking in through the bank-teller style window was a little odd, but I understand it, and it didn't really bother me or inconvenience me in any way.
Summary: Expectations far exceeded, a great value with no downsides or catches!

Positive: Very clean and super friendly staff. They even allowed me to pay $10 an hour for late checkout if I wanted to which I have never heard of before.
Summary: I would definitely stay here again, and the beds were super comfortable

Negative: Pool area was gross! Would have to fin cleaning staff to get fresh towels and toiletries.

Positive: The outside was clean and maintained very well. The wall decor in the room was nice.
Negative: The room didn’t have a fire alarm! The floors sweat the entire time. The bedding was thin and had cigarette holes in the blankets. The tub filled with water while taking a shower so the drainage system isn’t great. We booked a two bed room and only one of the beds sheets were clean. The bath towels weren’t clean, thank God I had my own!
Summary: This was not my idea of a 7.5 star rating! I won’t be booking there again! I wish I would have taken pictures!
