NEW MANAGEMENT! We, the owners, have taken over management of our home. We are mostly on-site (in a separate apartment behind the garage) and are here to make sure your stay with us is wonderful!
Welcome to the Neighborhood! Our charming home has 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths and an open layout. Our home is clean and well maintained and boasts a huge kitchen with an island and breakfast bar featuring a gas/convection stove, an updated bathroom and new second bathroom upstairs, large, level yard for games and privacy, & large covered deck for enjoyment in rain or shine!
The first floor has a great open floor plan that allows family and friends to enjoy themselves from the kitchen, dining room, or living room. These three rooms are all open to each other so the entertainment flows naturally from one room to the next. The first floor also has one full bathroom, washer and dryer, and two bedrooms each with a queen bed.
The 2nd floor has a full bathroom and two bedrooms. The bedroom to the left has a desk, recliner, and king sized bed. The bedroom to the right is cozy with a queen bed.
Enjoy the back yard and huge covered deck! The back deck is right off the kitchen and includes a seating area and an electric grill.
Our home has a strict policy against noise after 10 PM nightly. It is important to us that we are good neighbors and a compliment to the community. We use a noise monitoring device; It does NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it simply listens to the noise level (measured in decibels).
Sidewalks, trees and lovely homes provide a nice area for walking or biking. A local coffee shop is at the end of our street and groceries, Starbucks and shopping is all within walking distance.

Summary: This was the perfect location for our visit to Louisville due to the convenient location. The home was very clean and cozy and the mattress were extremely comfortable. The hosts were located on the property and even stopped-by to see if we needed anything. Excellent communication and hassle free check-in and check-out. We will be staying here again for our next visit to the Ville.

Summary: This place was perfect for our trip to the Bourbon Trail! It’s in a quiet, safe neighborhood just outside of Louisville, and we loved how peaceful it felt after a day of touring. There’s a great little coffee shop and a grocery store both within walking distance, which made mornings super easy.The home was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. I loved that she had coffee we could use for our first day, we landed close to midnight so it was much appreciated! The hosts were amazing—super friendly, helpful, and quick to respond to any questions we had. You can tell they really care about their guests.If you’re visiting the Bourbon Trail or just looking for a relaxing stay near Louisville, KY, I highly recommend this spot. Would definitely stay here again!

Summary: Lovely stay, great house for our group of five. Winter so we couldn’t enjoy the big backyard and deck, but we could all fit around the table for games and plenty of room in the living room for visiting. Lynn was very responsive to any questions.

Summary: This was a great property, and we would recommend it to anyone. The only (very small) hiccup was that the neighbor's car was parked in the driveway when we arrived, so we had to contact the homeowners. They were super responsive and took care of it right away. The neighbors were parked there (with permission) to free up space for a plumber. We had no trouble with anything else!The location was very convenient.
