We are located 8 miles (20 minutes) from Daytona Speedway and Int'l Airport, and hour and half from Orlando's Int'l Airport, 2 hours from Disney. Head north an hour on A1A for a beautiful scenic drive to historic Saint Augustine. Go south an hour and you can explore Cape Canaveral.
Ponce Inlet is another quaint place to visit and is just south on A1A about 20 minutes. Explore the lighthouse, dine on the water, or charter your our fishing excursion!
New Smyrna beach is another gem located about 30 minutes south. Lots of art shops, great cuisine, spectacular beaches and a hoppin night life! Flagler Ave has everything for everyone!

Summary: We have stayed in this building multiple times. This particular unit was not the nicest. It needs some updateing but it was clean and served its purpose. The veiw was beautiful and my 2 young granddaughters loved body boarding and the pool.

Summary: This property is well maintained and in a very safe and convenient location. The responsibilities for renters were reasonable. The only issue I had was that I was told I would receive check in procedures the morning of our reservation. I didn’t hear from any one despite attempts to contact the property manager. I eventually contacted VRBO directly and they helped me secure the check in procedures. The property manager later explained she was waiting for the unit to be cleaned before providing the check in process. While I understood that, it still was unsettling to me since we were enroute to the location with no idea of how to get into the property. My anxiety would have been relieved had she responded to my email and phone message explaining that…instead of me going through VRBO. That being said…there were no other issues during our stay. The unit was nice and clean. Great location. We really love this part of Ormond Beach.
