Summary: We rented this wonderful property so we could stay together and not have to have 5 hotel rooms. We had plenty of room for the 12 of us. Beds were comfortable. It was great to have a bathroom on each floor. Would definitely rent this property again. Thank you so much.

Summary: Beautiful/large home in a very nice neighborhood. The backyard is so peaceful and private. The home was equipped with everything you could possibly need. The basement has a whole living area with a nice entertainment area. Lots of space for your things including closets and drawers. I loved the desk area because I mobile work and the internet was super fast. The hostess was so nice and always accommodating. I highly recommend this place and we will be back soon.

Summary: My family needed a place to stay for my son’s wedding. This place was an excellent place as it was clean, it was readily available, and the owner was very easy to work with. We mistakenly set the alarm, and she responded very quickly. I would use her again. The place is great!

Summary: We loved "A Quiet Retreat". The house was in a quiet neighborhood and was easy to find. The host was wonderful and very responsive. We found the house was spacious and very clean. It is perfectly located if you want to visit Mount Vernon or spend the day in Washington DC. We enjoyed the festival downtown Fredricksburg for the fourth of July and the fireworks were great. My family would rent this house again if we are ever in the area. Thank you to the host for making this a great vacation.
