Summary: Our stay was great, great location and very clean. It was hot and since we don’t live in the area didn’t realize it wouldn’t be air-conditioned. Thank goodness for the fan in the closet. Not a con just something to be aware of if you are staying there in the hot summer months.

Summary: 5 stars for Quinn’s Room, and it was cozy, clean, and pleasant. But the lounge? The listing shows an inviting area with a sofa and a couple chairs … none of which were there. My brother-in-law and his husband were also staying at the property, and it would have been nice to hang out in the lounge, but that wasn’t an option. Communication with the managers was also less than ideal.There were some problems with the electronic key entry for the front door—the device needed to be replaced during the time I was there—and it took some time to get responses.

Summary: My husband and I had a very nice stay at Quinn's Sweet Suite for a getaway to Seattle. This rental had everything we needed for our stay. There was a great bakery/cafe just a few minutes walk away and the Ballard Farmer's Market (highly recommend) was a little over a mile walk. Vince communicated clearly and quickly. We would definitely stay here again.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay at this well-appointed studio The small kitchenette was well-appointed, as was the bathroom. All amenities were new and clean, as was the space.
