Our basement apartment offers lots of privacy with off-street parking and your own separate entrance. Conveniently located just a 4 minute walk to express buses for easy access to Seattle Center, Pike Place Market, downtown and all the other wonderful attractions Seattle has to offer. Summary: We came to the Ballard area for a long weekend to visit our daughter and this property was perfect for our needs. Great location in a quiet neighborhood, walkable to several restaurants and coffee shops, off street parking, personable host, very clean and neat property with everything we needed.

Summary: Alice was wonderful and attentive and the basement was good for two. It was very big, quiet, and fairly comfortable - nothing too fancy but served our purposes well. The neighborhood is nice and accessible.

Summary: This was the perfect basement apartment for our 2nd trip to Ballard, and Alice is an amazing host! She greeted us upon arrival, even though it was late, and got us setup with our very comfortable stay. The spot is convenient to bus lines and walkable to a lot of great places. We would stay again, and probably will!

Summary: This is a large space in the basement of a nice house in a nice neighborhood bordering the trendy Ballard neighborhood. It was convenient to all the area has to offer. Well equipped kitchen. Good value!

Summary: This is a great location to Ballard and downtown Seattle. Alice was a gracious host and very responsive. The apartment is very comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need to cook. One of the pluses is the off street parking! We will definitely stay here again on another visit.

Summary: Everything worked out great. Alice was communicative and the place was easy to access. Bed seems well loved with a tall peak in the middle but since it was just me it was fine. Didn't spend much time in the place but it worked well for my trip!
