Positive: Big room with everything you need to cook your own meals in the apartment suites. Staff were friendly and helpful. Quiet location away from the businesses but easy to walk around the island If I come back to the island I’d stay here again
Negative: Don’t leave food open or bread on the counter as you’ll get ants.
Summary: Comfortable and safe place to enjoy island away from the night life.

Positive: The room (studio) was very large and the kitchen was perfect. I used the stovetop to boil some eggs and used the fridge and sink a lot. I was surprised that bottled water was not included, as it was in my hotels on my other trips to Caye Caulker. I liked the location as it is quiet and away from the main strip. The bed was comfy but very firm. I like firm beds so I was happy. The A/C was REALLY good, but see my note below about the noise from the A/C. I would stay here again if it was $200 cheaper than other places for the week but otherwise I wouldn't stay here again.
Negative: The wifi didn't work 4 mornings during my 7 night stay. It was fine at night so not sure why this happened so often. The wonderful hostess said she would reboot, which I assume she did, but still it would be out the next morning. For some this would have been fine, but I needed the wifi to text with my daughter who lives on Caye Caulker so we could plan the day. Also, the A/C had a horrible noise every few seconds. The first night I didn't sleep well because of it but eventually got used to it and started using a noise app to cover it up. I could have told them about the noise, but I knew they wouldn't be able to fix it and didn't want to move room, so didn't bother. I wish the kitchen window had proper window covers (vs the blinds) as I woke up with the sun every morning at 5:30/6:00 due to the light.

Positive: Huge, very clean and comfortable. Everything we needed was provided, although we had to pay for drinking water. Great location, nice terrace area with hammocks and friendly, helpful staff. Really nice place to stay, especially if you want to be in a quiet location and like to self cater.
Negative: Expensive. But all of Caye Caulker is expensive!!!

Positive: Excellent wifi. Spacious studio with comfortable bed. Staff responsive via WhatsApp.
Negative: Location slightly far out but not an issue if you don't mind a 10 min walk. More cutlery for the kitchenette would be helpful (we only had one spoon, for example).

Positive: I loved that this property wasn’t in the middle of town. I liked that I could relax here when I wanted and had an easy walk or bike ride if I wanted to be social. The staff here were SO nice and helpful! They really made my stay easy and enjoyable. The apartment was the perfect size and I had everything I needed! I loved it so much here that I extended my stay an extra week!
Negative: There is currently construction happening on their addition but they don’t start until 8am and they are done by 5pm. So not an issue unless you’re trying to sleep in. I wish I realized this property is only a 3 minute walk to the island’s airport! I wouldn’t have done the ferry if I had.
Summary: So good I wouldn’t leave!
