Summary: Everything was superb! We wanted more space and booked a bigger room. It was so worth it, especially since we were there during a heatwave and spent time at the hotel when it was too hot outside. The whole hotel had perfect air conditioning. The breakfast buffet was excellent, on the top floor with a big roof terrace outside. The cleaning was superb. The staff were very nice and helpful.

Summary: Phone in room not working was unable to call for room service. Room 602 directly below rooftop kitchen, woken up each morning at 6am as kitchen staff wheeling around carts and banging doors. Cleaning lady walked in an hour before check-in despite 'do not disturb' sign clearly visible hanging from outside doorknob, walked in with full view of me in shower. Told all to front desk at check out, response: "so sorry". Beautiful property though.

Summary: The hotel is pretty mediocre. The room size was good which is why I picked it because it worked for our family. The location is also very central which was great. Everything else is squarely ok. The staff was not very helpful or friendly. Rarely even picked up the phone.

Summary: No hot water for showers after 9.30am, bedrooms could do with additional soundproofing. Kept awake by people in the streets at 4am. Lovely hotel for the most part and great location, but for the price point, some things were a let down
