Summary: The room was run down. The bed was like sleeping on plywood. The a/c unit made more noise than a thunderstorm. And to top it off less than 15 minutes after we checked in they assigned our room to another couple whose key opened our door.

Summary: Between filthy hallways full of wrappers, stairways full of food scraps, food wrappers, slow service at the counter, staff always away getting towels for the pool, a bar and that seemed to never be open, I have to wonder how it stays in business. The windows are very thin and let in a lot of highway noise. One elevator was down for repair but the main one had a very loose panel. When did Radisson mean less quality than a super 8?

Summary: Generally: There wasn't enough staff. Things everywhere were dirty, stained, and in poor repair. There were holes in the wall. At least one room number sign was just a piece of paper taped to the wall. The pool and pool room were dirty. There were no towels in the pool room, and when I asked for three, was given the only two available. Our room: The beds are SleepNumber style but the feature didn't work. The mattresses were worn out: the edges were sloped from years of people sitting on them. The sofa bed mattress support fabric was torn out of place at the foot end, so the mattress dipped at the feet. One of the closet doors was broken (didn't slide), the bathroom sink stopper didn't work, the shower caulking was mildewy, the shower curtain had a broken rod ring, the sink towel bar was broken off the wall and sitting on the countertop. The floors, walls, and furniture were scuffed, stained, dirty, damaged, but still usable. Only two bath towels in the room, and when I asked for more, was given the only one they had available. This was definitely overpriced for this experience.

Summary: Room was badly maintained, carpets were beyond dirty! Pillow had stains as if it was not washed! This hotel is harming the Radisson brand

Summary: Very dated. Not clean, stains and drips everywhere, walls, furniture, etc. Not enough towels for 2 persons. Took hours to get more. HVAC unit in room produced loud noise all throughout the night. Shower moldy and dated. Shower room doorknob falling apart. Entire hotel smells like the Indian restaurant downstairs, even inside my room, including my pillow. Convenient location for us but wouldn’t stay again.

Summary: No heat in my room. Out of a 6 day stay room was only cleaned once- after I inquired on day 5. Offered change of room but room smelled bad. Bar did not offer mixed drinks. Noise complaint during my stay as well. Will not be staying here in the future.
