Summary: Needed to get away to complete writing reports pre-xmas. Loved wrap around porch, plenty of sheltered spots outdoors & dishwasher. Cost compared to nearby properties reflects condition so don't over anticipate.

Summary: House was comfortable, with ample parking and suited our needs when away from home. Location is fantastic and the weather definitely helped us enjoy the break even more. Aside from having to turn on the power to the hot water and spa ourselves, everything else was great.

Summary: Fantastic location a minte walk from the beach. Loved the all round verandah and outdoor furniture. And the bathrooms upstairs and down. However not all the beds were comfortable.

Summary: Ideal location for families who want to be close to the water. The beach and estuary are a stones throw away and perfect if you want to get out on the water. Close to KariKari Peninsula for day trips and to the far north. The house and property are in need of some attention but it had everything we needed for a family of four.
