Summary: As long as you can read an email or scan a QR code, you will be fine. Check-in and check-out process is easy. Location is great, a 7-11 is about a five minute walk. Free drinks in the fridge was a nice step too.

Summary: Very clean and tidy inside and outside the room. The washing machine was great and I am confident to wash my clothes with that. The hot sping and saunna room inside were spotless with perfect temperature. We had an extremely good experience in that. We loved that we could hang out together freely inside the living room. The great maintenance of the room gave us very memorable moments.

Summary: Overall, it was a great stay. The location is perfect and the room facilities are excellent. The hotel is right by the lake, only a 2-minute walk to 7-Eleven and the pirate ship pier, which is very convenient as everything else closes at night. The in-room hot spring was ready-to-use with perfect temperature, and there’s even an outdoor foot bath. The only downsides were parking and communication. Parking is across the mountain road, which feels unsafe unless you use the pedestrian bridge. More importantly, communication with the staff was stressful. We received unclear instructions, and on the morning of check-out they kept calling with unreasonable requests. This definitely needs improvement, especially with English support.

Summary: Great property with view to Mount Fuji from the private onsen. The room is large and has a good sized kitchen and a washing machine. Location is close to 7 Eleven and bus stop. Kids loved the projector and telescope.
