Summary: 全体的によかったが、誰かも書いていたが庭のテーブルと椅子がぐちゃぐちゃに置かれていたのには気分が萎えた。 前にも書かれていたから改善されていないといけないはずなのに、、 お風呂の洗面所に椅子があると楽だと思った。

Summary: 庭の草が生え放題でHPの写真とは大違い。バーベキュー用と思われるテーブルと椅子には汚らしいカバーが半分めくれた状態でかかっていた。犬用のクッションは他の犬の毛がたくさんついていて汚らしく、中身も半分潰れた状態。部屋までの階段に手すりがついていないので年配者や足の悪い者には大変不自由。洗面所にハンドソープの他に石けんが欲しい。コーヒーの他に日本茶や紅茶のぱっくがあるといい。寝具は快適ですごく良かった。

Summary: 今回で2回目のステイですが、本当にここ大好きです。 ここを軸に箱根でゴルフ行くことが楽しみでなりません。 まだバーベキューはしていないのですが、次回は是非やってみたいと思います。

Summary: RAKUTEN VACATIONはPET OWNERの旅行オプションとして重宝しています。前回は河口湖駅前を利用してよい印象を持ったので、今回はこちらを試しました。今回の期待していた点は、浴室にある温泉と庭の足湯。いつ何時に入っても快適な温度だった点は極めて満足。当日は雨がシトシト滴る肌寒い日だったのでこれは良かったです。現地に滞在して初めてわかった事。駐車場がややタイトである事。交通量の多い坂道に位置する入り口から、部屋番号指定のスペースに駐車するのは複数回の切り返しを求められます。路面が土で雨降りの日だったので舗装してくれていると有り難いと思います。ですが、全体的には満足です。今後も利用すると思います。

Summary: ペット可のお部屋なので、匂いが気になりましたが、全体的に清潔な印象で気持ち良くつかうことができました。 一つだけ言うとすれば この時期難しいでしょうが、お庭の傘の手入れが行き届いていなかったのが気になりました。 全体的には満足で友人に教えてあげました。

Summary: 無人チェックイン 心配しましたが 簡単に出来ました。 近くにコンビニもあり 便利なところでした。 宿の看板が草木で見にくかったのが残念でした。

Summary: 施設は綺麗で置いてある物も助かるものが多かったのですが残念な事は、外の足湯の為に置いてある座布団の入れ物の中にいつの誰のかわからない靴下が入っていた事、そしてその入れ物が掃除してないとよくわかる程、砂など入っていて汚れていた事。 2階寝室のブラインドだけが無くて外から丸見えだし怖くてその部屋で寝れなかった事、楽しみにしていたホームプロジェクターの色が変色して赤や緑色になり残念だった事は、音量調節も音が小さくて残念でした。 後は、源泉かけ流しの温泉でドライヤーもdysonでとてもよく、ラップ、アルミホイル、食器などは充実していて主婦からは大変ありがたかったです。 後エアコンのフィルターが掃除していなくてとっても埃で汚れてました。 掃除にもう少し力をいれた方がいいと思います。

Summary: ・床暖房で暖かく過ごせました。冬でも室内は半袖でOKです。ペットのワンコも気持ち良さそうでした。2頭のワンコでしたが、1頭がヨギボーをとてもお気に入りでした。 ・住宅展示場に泊まっているような素敵なリビングと寝室。床のフローリングが快適です。ベッドも寝心地よし。 ・お風呂も温泉掛けでくつろげました。ブラックな石っぽいタイルが安らぎを誘ってくれます。ダイソンのドライヤーがあって、とても良かったです。そのうち楽天のサイトで買うことになるでしょう！ ・楽しみにしていたプラネタリウムは壊れていました。ちゃんとチェックお願いしたいです。 ・パーキングは泥にまみれていてタイヤと靴が泥だらけになりました。

Summary: 今回初めて利用しました。 まず、部屋のドアを開けて直ぐに焼き肉の匂いが凄くして空気清浄機が稼働しているのにこんなに臭いのか？と 思いました。備え付けの消臭剤を室内全体に撒きましたがなかなか匂いは消えませんでした。結局は自分たちもホットプレートで焼き肉をするので気にするのはやめようと諦めました。でも私たちが食べ終わっても来た時のようなひどい匂いは残りませんでした。 私たちは家族４人でみんな大人なのでペットも一緒で楽しく過ごせました。 ２階にある温泉はとてもお湯が良くてみんなが何回も入りました。 設備はきれいで使いやすかったです。 足湯は雨で使えませんでした。 ぜひお願いしたいのが足湯が雨でも使えるように屋根を付けて欲しいという事と焼き肉を部屋でするときにエアコンを消してもらいテーブルクロスのような敷物を用意して使うように決めて欲しいです。 匂いと足湯が残念な以外はとても良かったのでまた利用したいと思います。

Summary: 犬を連れて家族4人で滞在しました。お部屋はとても清潔感があり、プロジェクターやプラネタリウムなども楽しめました。新しくお洒落なおうちに遊びに来たようで、すごくよかったです。 部屋から直結の庭にはちょっとしたブランコやスラックラインのような物がありました。今回は冬でとても寒かったのであまり活用しなかったですが、夏には庭でビールを飲んだりと楽しそう。犬がすぐに外に出られるのも良かったです。足湯はぬるかったのでほとんどは入りませんでした。備え付けの温泉浴室がすごく気持ちよかったです。 パスワードとタブレットを使用したチェックインもスムーズでした。 駐車場が狭く停めづらいので、運転に自信のない方はお気をつけください。 全体的にとても満足でき、また利用したいと思いました。
