Summary: We arrived late to check in due to family situation once settled in the room went to turn on TV and there was no connection to the internet for service , called down to the front desk and no answer tried twice before laying down to silent night , told the front desk at check out , who gave me a response that they would let the manager know but I didn’t receive any response

Summary: The staff was very nice! However, the bed was sunk in, both sides caved into the middle. Renovations are needed. Everything appeared old and outdated!

Summary: I had stayed at this hotel 8 years ago and it was marvelous. I cannot believe how run down it has become. Two blown bulbs, so light was bad in the room. Air duct cover falling out of the wall. Carpet looks old and dingy. Receptionist not friendly. Did not make eye contact not once.

Summary: Easy check-in. Great breakfast. Main problem was room was on 2nd floor and they have NO elevator. We are in our 80's so this was not easy to carry luggage to next level. Have stayed here before but always on 1st floor.Nice place and the price was reasonable.

Summary: Rundown exterior- smelled awful inside. Used tissues on the floor next to the bed. Stains on sheets, broken bed frame/box spring which sloped into the center like a taco. Bugs on floor and bed cover. Walls so thin it sounded like the people next to us were in our room. Complete mis communication between hotels.com & Ramada with my reservation. I tried cancelling one night of my stay and one place would tell me to talk to the other place and back and forth with no resolution so ended up having to pay for 2 nights but only stay 1.

Summary: Pool was closed but that's not notes anywhere. Receptionist was apologetic, but it still sucked. Water from shower comes pouring out into the bathroom as the curtain isn't the proper curtain for the shower rod. This has caused previous water damage which is evident. Parking was fine, and overall is was far better than the Sure Stay we stayed at the night before.
