Welcome to one of the nicest waterfront homes on the the Shuswap Lakes! This 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom walk-out oasis sits on the shores of the crystal clear waters of the Shuswap Arm in one of the best locations. Located in the private, gated community of Cinnemousun Beach Properties, this property has it all. There are four large bedrooms in the main house and an additional fully independent guest cabin above the double detached garage. Inside the main house you will find all the comforts of home with a beautiful designer kitchen and modern appliances. The Master Bedroom has a gorgeous ensuite and a walk-in closet. The main floor guest bedroom has a set of twin-over-double bunkbeds. On the lower walk-out level you'll find two more good sized bedrooms with queen beds. Also on the lower level there is a great indoor entertainment space with a wood burning fireplace, ping pong/pool table and a great home theatre set up with a wide selection of movies. A high efficiency laundry pair are available here as well. Out front you will be blown away by the large deck with a fireplace, and large, luxurious hot tub. There is a two level kids playhouse and outdoor games. You'll have access to a buoy and a large dock with it's own boat slip. Both kids and adults will have fun on the attached slide and diving board! Everything you'll need and more is waiting for your arrival. You'll have access to floaties and water toys, kayaks, a 16 foot Hobie Cat and more. Just bring your toothbrush and you be all set for one of the best vacation experiences of your life!

Summary: This cottage has it all. Many bedrooms, great location, lots of lounging space and a fantastic dock on the bay. With 2 SUP’s, 2 kayaks a Hobie Cat for days when the wind blows (not often) it was a fun time for our entire family of 11. The playhouse was an added bonus for grandkids. The outdoor decks could use a pressure wash and the outdoor furniture and pads need an update, but overall it was a lovely place to enjoy the sun and water with my family. Well worth the money.

Summary: The grounds were an exceptional place to kick our feet up for a week! Little bit off the beaten path so if you are looking for some true tranquility this is your spot. The outside is a little bit run down and the balcony is pretty unsafe for young children, but if you keep them off the patio it’s fine! The whole place is locked and loaded with everything that you could possibly want at a lake, outdoor fridges and lots of water toys. The kitchen was our fav spot to cook and eat, they have a massive island that fits alot of people and a great quality bbq! Mark was really awesome to deal with and is very responsive to all messages! Overall a sweet spot to have a lot of Friends / family to relax with! Kristen

Summary: Thank you for once again hosting us in your beautiful home. We all had an amazing time. We took full advantage of the gorgeous sun and spent lots of time outdoors enjoying the property and the lake. The other guests wanted me to mention how great the shower downstairs and the master bidet was! We would definitely return again!

Summary: This property is stunning and was the perfect vacation spot for our multi-generational group of 9! Our family enjoyed many memorable times together thanks to Mark facilitating our stay from beginning to end. We were thrilled with our choice to stay here as we found this property to have everything imaginable - ranging from comfy linens and furnishings to fully stocked kitchen and recreation room. Lots of space indoors and outdoors to spread out - and many activity and entertainment options to keep everyone busy rain or shine. The family loved the kids playhouse feature; beautiful decks with lounging furnishings where we enjoyed the days and sunsets; large private dock with diving board and slide; spa pool and hot tub; and water toys ranging from paddle boards to kayaks and others too numerous to mention. (the family took advantage of the great hiking and biking trails nearby as well!) Many memories to be cherished. We hope to make this our family tradition and looking to book again next year!

Summary: Mark was great to deal with from Day 1, always very responsive to messages and information. The cabin was very spacious and although we didn’t have the best weather our week of holidays, there was lots to do inside....not to mention all the water toys and hot tub/swim spa. The playhouse was a huge hit with the kids and the water was as clear and weed free as promised! Will be back!!

Summary: This property is absolutely amazing - both inside and outside. The house is beautiful and fully stocked with everything you will need. The deck is spacious and has a gorgeous view overlooking the water and the dock is so much fun for adults and kids. This is an ideal spot for a family vacation. Mark was a great host - very responsive and provided helpful information about the area. We can’t wait to come back!
