Summary: Nice little place, very comfortable, well maintained, and close to campus. I will note that it is a bit far from any grocery stores, which could be an inconvenience in a longer stay if you don't have a car, but otherwise the place is great and very reasonably priced.

Summary: The apartment itself was very comfortable and quiet. Tyler was a responsive host answering messages quickly. Checking in was a breeze. However the surrounding property is not very nice.

Summary: Everything was smooth check in was great ! The outside could have been a little bit cleaner but it was a complex so it had nothing to do with the actual apartment. Once i got in the apartment it was cozy and very clean. The only issue it should of had a Tv in the room. Thats a easy fix. So overall i will definitely book again.

Summary: We enjoyed the coffee bar & supplies, the location was very convenient to downtown Gainesville. The condo was well supplied with everything we needed. We appreciated that they allow dogs and felt "at home". A TV in the bedroom would have been nice.

Summary: The location is awesome. We had appointments at the hospital and could walk there in minutes. The place was clean and had all the basic accoutrements. I think it needs some little updates (black out curtains in the bedroom, better coffee, a bed skirt on the bed). Just a few touches that make it feel more like home. The owner was great—easy to communicate with and contacted us to ensure we enjoyed our stay. We would definitely rent here again.
