Summary: We chose red rock because of an incredible previous experience. We came to celebrate our anniversary early after I underwent an invasive surgery for cancer. The late night front desk staff were pretty terrible and unapologetic about several things. It honestly ruined our stay and I had to come back down the following g morning to deal with the situation more. I wish I could say I’d want to stay there again but I don’t think we will be back

Summary: It was quick as explained to the front staff. We got here VERY early so we thought we’d go for a swim. Check in was not for a couple of hours so the staff let us check in early so we could use the pool. That small gesture, while we know it’s not common in this industry, cemented our positive review and future recommendations to Red Rock. Classy move.

Summary: Loved the room - spacious, up to date, very clean. Valet and bell persons were helpful. One significant drawback was the refrigerator - it was locked. I could not store leftovers from eating at one of their restaurants. When I inquired at the front desk, the person replied in a condescending tone that she had traveled worldwide (as I)

Summary: Stay was great! Couple of things to mention. Rooms that end in the 50’s are a long way from the elevators. There isn’t a mini fridge or coffee maker at least in the double queen canyon facing rooms. You can rent a mini fridge for $15 a day. The lucky penny restaurant was meh. The pool closes at 7:00pm. All in all I would stay here again because the rooms are nicely updated and very clean. For kids the pool, arcade and bowling are great.
